Managed all aspects of entitlements, including re-zone and annexation into city. Negotiated purchase of note from FDIC at substantial discount.
Acquisition and development of C-1 office/retail plaza and retail business (drive-thru convenience store) in Naples. Provided ongoing property management and leasing services until plaza and retail operation were sold as a turn-key operation.
Acquisition and development of 13K SF retail plaza positioned for turn-key construction with leases in place. Managed all aspects of development order, permitting and construction financing.
